Difference between listbox and Listview control in vb?

ListView Control	ListBox Control
1.We can add checkbox in ListView Control	1.We can not add Checkbox in Listbox control
2.We can select multiple value at a time.	2.we Can select single value at a time.

List out the control which does not have any event?

1.      ImageList

2.      Common Dialog
